BIO AND STATS

Charlie started racing motorcycles as a youth, then in 1980 started racing street stock cars. Charlie was the 1982 Weedsport and Canandaigua Street Stock Champion.

In 1985 after multiple wins Charlie decided he was up for the challange of racing Dirt Modified.
